Health & Wellness Specialist / Team Member (31 hrs/week)
Location: iCRYO Wexford – Pine Tree Shoppes, Wexford, PA (Opening Fall 2025)
Schedule: Mon & Tue (2:00 PM–8:30 PM), Fri (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), Sat (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) – Shift times may change after opening
Pay: $25/hour + generous commissions & growth opportunities
Start Date: September 2025
Be part of the launch team for Pennsylvania’s first iCRYO, delivering cutting-edge wellness and recovery services to Wexford. We’re looking for an outgoing, high-energy team member who loves connecting with people, is confident on social media, and has a strong fitness or wellness background.
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet guests, share your wellness knowledge, and create an exceptional in-center experience
  • Promote services and memberships through genuine conversations (and earn commissions)
  • Support our social media presence with content ideas and engagement
  • Learn and deliver services like cryotherapy, red light therapy, and body sculpting
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and teammates
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years in fitness, wellness, or health-related industries
  • Strong, friendly communicator—comfortable speaking in person and on camera
  • Social media savvy and comfortable helping with content creation
  • Team player with flexibility to adjust shifts after opening
  • Passion for holistic health, recovery, and an active lifestyle
  • Available for two weeks of paid training before opening
